College of Dentistry Participates in International Dental Conference

The College of Dentistry in Fujairah Campus participated in the 8th Dental-Facial Cosmetic International Conference and the 5th AAID Global Conference Dental Hygienist Seminar  on November 4-5, 2016 in Dubai. The two events took place in the conference hall of Jumeirah Beach Hotel with the participation of regional and international dentists, industry insiders, local government officials, and companies.

The 8th Dental-Facial Cosmetic International Conference and the 5th AAID Global Conference Dental Hygienist Seminar are becoming one of the most valuable and effective platforms for providing continuing education in the dental field through lectures, advanced workshops, posters and a specialized dental exhibition, which all play a major role in dental education.

Dr. Ali Razooqi, Deputy Dean of the College of Dentistry, and Dr. Israa Awad, in charge of student affairs in the College of Dentistry, participated in the series of events. They were accompanied by more than 40 students. The two events represented an excellent opportunity to discover the latest technologies in the dental practice and too meet dental professionals from around the world.
