AU Signs Cooperation Agreements with Medical Institutions in Ajman

Ajman University signed cooperation agreements with Sheikh Khalifa Medical District and Amina Hospital in the Emirates of Ajman. This move comes in line with the strategic vision of AU to strengthen its ties with public and private institutions for the benefit of its students and alumni.

AU seeks to emphasize its constructive role in the society and its commitment to giving back to the community at large. Agreements were signed between Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor AU and Dr. Barbo Frieden, Executive Director at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and the other ws signed between AU Chancellor and Dr. Mark Rimlir, Director of Amina Hospital in Ajman and Chief Executive Officer of operations in the Northern Emirates.

These cooperation’s will pave the way for the AU students who will join the College of Medicine soon to be launched at AU, giving them a professional exposure to the management of hospitals. The exchange of scientific research and practical trainings between the institutions will also benefit the students and alumni.
