World Oral Health Day Celebrated at AUST

The College of Dentistry at Ajman University of Science & Technology - Fujairah Campus - organized the World Oral Health Day, celebrated each year by the World Health Organization and the World Dental Federation.

This is the first time the College of Density hosts this celebration in the Eastern region. The event included a presentation by Dr. Ali Razooki, Deputy Dean of the College of Dentistry who shed light on the history of AUST College of Dentistry, while Dr. Ashhad Kazi, professional & academic relationship manager at Oral B & Crest, UAE detailed on dental problems and the impact of oral health on our general well-being, stressing the importance of oral hygiene.

The attending students were treated to exciting quiz and competitions. During the event, the College of Dentistry conducted be free dental check-ups for AUST community.
